Food is integral to our lives, but there are hundreds of factors that influence what, when and why we eat - many of which are nothing to do with the food itself. It is so important to understand these factors and how to begin to override them, and this is where a health coach can support you. As well as providing nutrition advice, I will help you to identify barriers in your life which are preventing you from feeling as good as you could be; we will then work through these together over time in a way that is manageable for you, to ensure that these healthy changes become life long, positive habits.
