Week 2 is all about setting the foundations to get the wheels in motion. You'll learn about the psychology of fat loss and lifestyle change. By the end of it, you will come away with a real understanding of setting realistic and achievable health goals that work for you and your personal situation. |
WEEK 3
Finding your confidence is the theme of week 3. You'll learn why self-confidence is so important to achieving your health goals and more importantly, how to build it up so that you feel like a queen. This week will have you raring to go! |
WEEK 4
Week 4 is when we get into the juicy nutrition science! You'll understand the basics of how to nourish your body, as well as digging into understanding hunger and fullness, portioning without restriction, emotional eating and more. |
WEEK 5
This week, we focus on self care. Working towards any health goal can impact your mental health if not done with compassion, so you'll learn how to look after yourself to help you stay feeling positive and emotionally well during your journey. |
