INTRO TO PROGRAMME: X is a 7-week programme designed for.... to.....taking the weight out of weight loss
​Weight loss programme – no restriction, mental health and happiness is priority, healthy and sustainable ways of inducing weight loss – mostly online self-directed learning with weekly 1:1 coaching calls. Weight loss programme with a difference; build a healthy and happy relationship with food and your body; manage your weight while discovering the joy of food; evidence based behavioural techniques to help you understand the what and why of losing excess weight, and how to do it in a sustainable and enjoyable way; rediscover your love of food

WEEK 1
In week 1, we will be focusing on knowing your why. You'll understand how diet culture has sabotaged your weight loss efforts up to now and why you need to step away from it. You'll also learn about finding intrinstic motivation to make you health journey a successful and enjoyable one.
WEEK 2
Week 2 is all about setting the foundations to get the wheels in motion. You'll learn about the psychology of fat loss and lifestyle change. By the end of it, you will come away with a real understanding of setting realistic and achievable health goals that work for you and your personal situation.
WEEK 3
Finding your confidence is the theme of week 3. You'll learn why self-confidence is so important to achieving your health goals and more importantly, how to build it up so that you feel like a queen. This week will have you raring to go!
WEEK 4
Week 4 is when we get into the juicy nutrition science! You'll understand the basics of how to nourish your body, as well as digging into understanding hunger and fullness, portioning without restriction, emotional eating and more. 
WEEK 5
This week, we focus on self care. Working towards any health goal can impact your mental health if not done with compassion, so you'll learn how to look after yourself to help you stay feeling positive and emotionally well during your journey.

Q: Who is this programme for?
A:
Q: I don’t need and/or want to lose weight but I do want to get fitter/sleep better/have more energy /(insert other health goal here) – is the programme right for me?
A: Yes! While the programme is based around weight loss, the behaviour change techniques that the content is based around will teach you how to understand your goals, be accountable, keep track of your progress while helping to build your confidence and self-worth to give you the power to achieve them – and you’ll need these skills no matter what your health goal.
Q: What is included in the course?

Q: I’m pretty busy, I’m not sure I’ll have time to do it…
It’s a 7 week (mostly) self-directed online course, and it’s expected the content will take around 1 hour per week to go through, so with that and your weekly 1:1 call, 1.5 hours should cover it. As it’s self-directed, you have the flexibility to choose when you want to do the course (morning/night etc.). You’ll also have access to the downloadable work sheets and materials for life, so you can always revisit them.

Q: I’ve failed to lose weight too many times to count, why should this be any different?
A: A programme that uses behavioural psychology to build you motivation and confidence, no restriction or foods you cant eat, you’re not just told what to eat, you learn the how and why of nourishment and finally, you get 1:1 personal support to support you through your journey.
