The dreamers. The weirdos. The free thinkers. The ones who want more. I’m here for you. I am you. 

We are all here to offer something to the world. To leave it in a better place than it is now. You’re reaching for more and envisaging a better future, for you and the world around you. I know you’ve got big dreams, big ideas and a passion to serve a bigger purpose. 

But your internal world is holding you back. Whether it’s the anxiety that tells you you’re not good enough, the depression that drains your energy, or the restless sleep leaving you groggy and starting your day on the wrong foot, they’re stopping you from being where you want to be. Fogging up your brain so you can’t think and process those dreams and turn them into something tangible.  

I help you to understand your human body, your female biochemistry and your mindset. Understanding that no part of you, whether that be mind, body or soul, is on its own. You are completely connected. Just as we are all interconnected – with each other, with the earth and with the energy around us. 

The world is changing. An awakening is coming. I can feel it, and I know you can feel it too. I need you, the world needs you, we all need each other. But we need you on top form. The anxiety, the low mood and the energy dips are not serving you, and they are keeping you from realising your potential, and making the impact that I know you are capable of. 

I'm here to serve women, to lift their anxiety, low mood and energy levels, so that they can present themselves fully in the world and be part of the change. I take a naturalistic, holistic approach, using whole food nutrition, holistic lifestyle practices and positive psychology to support you to become the best version of yourself.  

Hi! I’m Shelley and I am a Women’s Health Nutritionist. I specialise in supporting women to regain their energy and balance their mood by tuning into their body and finding a way to make nutrition work for them. I am passionate about making nutrition science simple, accessible and fun through my holistic approach to health and love of nutritious, tasty food. While what you eat is incredibly important, we don’t stop there; I truly believe that to be happy and healthy we need to find balance in all aspects of life, so factors like sleep, movement, relationships, creative outlets and self-confidence will also be approached. 
 
How I work with you
First up, I’m real. I’ve been in your situation and I know how challenging it can be, so all of the support you receive from me will be realistic and suitable for your lifestyle. I also use behaviour change techniques throughout my 1:1 coaching and group programmes, because I understand that 90% of the struggle isn’t about what to eat - it’s the when, where, how and why. You can be sure that when you work with me my biggest focus will be on changing your mindset in order to develop long-term, sustainable habits that will help you move towards your goals. When working with me, you can expect an empathetic, food-first, person-focused approach.
