All clients begin by completing a Consultation form, detailing your current dietary patterns and what you would like to achieve from the experience, including completing a 3-day food diary. We'll then book in a call at a time that suits you (this usually takes around 20 minutes) to discuss the results in detail and decide on a plan together to help you to achieve those goals!
Coaching sessions last around 30 minutes each, and take place via phone, WhatsApp or video call, depending on your preference. Coaching sessions will be personalised to your needs, but may involve
